Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wildbeeks.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days once the return has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
